I stayed on the eighth floor with a view of a brick wall, and although the room was smaller than expected, it was much nicer in real life. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, except for an initial issue with noise, but they were quick to provide a fridge and microwave upon request. The location was a great value, within walking distance to everything I needed, including downtown, train station, bus station, and Chinatown. The dining at Over Easy was reasonable and fast, especially with the adjoining cafe. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
